About April

Physical Therapist Assistant

Caring for patients, supporting students, and always up for a good haunted house adventure.


April has been a Physical Therapist Assistant with Advanced Physical Medicine of St. Charles since 2017. As the lead PTA, she helps maintain departmental goals and standards as she works closely with the physical therapy team to carry out treatment plans and policies that ensure patients receive consistent and effective care. April also enjoys mentoring future therapists as a Clinical Instructor for student PTA's from Elgin Community College. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, visiting haunted houses and giving back to the community through volunteering with her cooperative and church.
